  • Welcome and introductions — no pitching, no elevator speeches, just you.
  • Facilitated small group conversations using prompt cards, rotating groups so you connect with women you'd never normally cross paths with.
  • Grazing table and refreshments — space to breathe, continue conversations, and just be.
  • A second round of group discussions — deeper this time. The conversations that don't happen anywhere else.

The prompt cards are thoughtfully designed to open conversations that matter — your struggles, your dreams, your advice, your honest truth about what running a business actually feels like. Nobody is put on the spot. Nobody has to share anything they’re not ready to share. But most people leave wishing they’d had more time.

I built this because I needed it too.

I’m Emily — the founder of Founders House and an emotional marketing strategist based in Perth. I’ve been in rooms full of brilliant women who all seemed perfectly fine on the outside, while quietly wondering if anyone else felt the way they did.

I created Founders House because I believe that the most powerful thing a female founder can have isn’t a better strategy or a bigger audience — it’s a room where she can be honest. Where being in the middle of it, figuring it out, asking for help, and celebrating small wins is not just accepted, but welcomed.

Perth is far from everywhere else. But it doesn’t have to feel that way.
