Refund and Returns Policy

At Noa and Solene Studio, we value your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our business practices for both digital products and services.


1. Digital Products (e-books, templates, courses, downloads)

  • Due to the intangible and instant-access nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or if you simply no longer require the product.
  • If you experience issues accessing or using a digital product, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
  • Refunds or replacements may be offered if the digital product is faulty, corrupted, or not as described under the ACL.

2. Services (consulting, design, strategy, custom work)

  • We do not provide refunds for services once work has commenced.
  • If you wish to cancel a service before work begins, please notify us in writing. Any deposits or retainers may be non-refundable depending on the service agreement.
  • If a service is not delivered as agreed or contains significant issues, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL (such as a partial refund, correction, or resupply).

3. Events, Workshops & Courses

  • Tickets or enrolments may be non-refundable but can sometimes be transferred to another participant (at our discretion).
  • If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to a new date.

4. Consumer Guarantees under Australian Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the issue rectified within a reasonable time.
